We have a casual position available for a Trade Assistant (TA) working with a busy construction crew based in Perth, WA. You'll be working across active project sites, supporting tradespeople and keeping things running smoothly on the ground. This is a hands-on role that keeps you moving. From general labouring and site clean-up through to assisting with materials handling and tool prep, no two days are exactly the same. The team is hardworking and straight-talking, and they need someone who shows up ready to contribute from day one. Casual hours mean flexibility, but also the chance to prove yourself and build ongoing work with a crew that values reliability and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople on site with day-to-day tasks as directed
• Carry out general labouring duties including site clean-up and waste removal
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the site
• Prepare tools, equipment, and work areas ahead of each shift
• Follow all site safety procedures and participate in toolbox talks
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision where required
• Support the team with concrete, formwork, or other construction activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised work area throughout the shift

Requirements

• Current Construction Induction (White Card)(Essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen(Essential)
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour including lifting, bending, and working on your feet all day(Essential)
• Reliable transport to get to and from Perth metro project sites(Essential)
• Previous experience in a construction labouring or trade assistant role
• Current driver's licence (C class or above)
