Get support

If things are hard right now, there are people you can talk to today. Free, confidential, and no referral needed.

Reboot Academy is not a crisis service

Reboot Academy is planned support, booked in advance. Sessions run at a set time with a practitioner and a peer worker, and we are not able to answer calls or messages outside those times. If you need to talk to someone right now, or you are worried about your safety, please use one of the services below. They are free, confidential, and there is no wait.

Your GP is also a good place to start. They can talk through what is going on and put a mental health plan in place with you, which can cover the cost of seeing a psychologist.

Talking to your GP

A GP is a good place to start for anything that is not urgent. They can talk through what has been going on and, if it helps, put a mental health plan in place with you. That plan covers part of the cost of seeing a psychologist, and you do not need to have a diagnosis to ask for one.

What Reboot Academy does offer

Booked one-to-one sessions over video, run by a health practitioner alongside a peer worker who has been through the justice system themselves. It is about building confidence for work: how you talk about your record, what you say to an employer, and what you are building next.
