We're looking for a Solar Panel Cleaner to join a growing team servicing residential and commercial solar installations across Melbourne and surrounds. This is a hands-on, physical role where you'll be out in the fresh air every day, making a real difference to the performance and efficiency of solar systems across the city. Our client operates a busy renewable energy services operation and needs someone who's reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working at heights. You'll be responsible for cleaning and inspecting solar panel arrays, ensuring they're performing at their best for customers. No two sites are exactly the same, so adaptability and a good eye for detail go a long way in this role. This is a casual full-time position with regular hours and plenty of variety. Key Responsibilities

• Clean solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops using appropriate equipment and approved cleaning solutions
• Carry out visual inspections of panel surfaces, mounts, and wiring for signs of damage or faults
• Set up and safely use ladders, harnesses, and other working at heights equipment
• Follow site-specific safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment at all times
• Complete job sheets, site inspection checklists, and basic reports for each job
• Communicate clearly with team leaders and customers regarding work completed and any issues identified
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, tools, and PPE in good working order
• Drive to and from multiple job sites across Melbourne, managing time efficiently between bookings

Requirements

• Valid Car Driver Licence (Class C) with a clean driving record(Essential)
• Work Safely at Heights ticket or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing(Essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen(Essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops and at various heights(Essential)
• Previous experience in solar panel cleaning, exterior cleaning, or a similar outdoor maintenance role
• First Aid certificate is highly regarded
