About the Role

Our client is a busy SVC products manufacturing operation based in Frankston, and they're bringing on Production Workers to keep up with demand on the factory floor. You'll be working across various stages of the production process, from assembly and quality checking through to packing and despatch. The work is hands-on and fast-paced, so you'll need to be someone who takes pride in doing a good job and can keep up with the rhythm of a production line without cutting corners on quality or safety. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a well-run manufacturing operation. Whether you've got previous production experience or you're a reliable hard worker looking to build your skills, the team is keen to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line in accordance with safety and operational procedures
- Assemble, pack, and prepare SVC products for despatch according to daily production targets
- Conduct quality checks on finished products and report any defects or non-conformances
- Keep your work area clean, tidy, and compliant with 5S and housekeeping standards
- Follow all WHS policies and safe work method statements at all times
- Assist with stock handling, materials movement, and replenishment of line supplies
- Record production data and complete basic documentation accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet shift targets
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen(Essential)
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and manual handling up to 20kg(Essential)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to full-time shift work including early mornings or afternoons(Essential)
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
- Current forklift licence (LF ticket) is highly regarded
- Familiarity with basic quality control processes or production line work
