About the Role

Rexel Electrical Supplies is part of Rexel Australia, one of the world's leading electrical wholesale and distribution companies operating in over 1,900 branches across 17 countries. The Caloundra branch is seeking a Branch Manager to contribute to its continued growth and deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and the wider Rexel network.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the Caloundra branch team
• Creating a positive, accountable and customer-focused team culture
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service
• Driving branch sales, profitability and customer growth
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the team to achieve sales targets
• Working closely with Territory Sales Managers and the wider Rexel network to maximise customer and commercial outcomes
• Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives
• Ensuring customers receive exceptional service and timely, accurate support
• Engaging with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships

Requirements

• Experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional(Essential)
• Proven people leader who can motivate, coach and develop a team(Essential)
• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales, customer service and business performance(Essential)
• Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders(Essential)
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy branch environment(Essential)
• Strong communicator with effective negotiation and problem-solving skills(Essential)
• Accountable, proactive and committed to achieving results(Essential)
• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to deliver an excellent customer experience(Essential)

• Experience in electrical wholesale, industrial products, building supplies, trade distribution or a related industry
