About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Storeperson to join a busy ARC operation based in Dubbo, NSW on a casual full-time basis. This is a hands-on role where your attention to detail and work ethic will make a real difference to the team every single day. You'll be working in a fast-paced store environment, managing the receipt, storage and dispatch of parts, equipment and materials to keep operations moving smoothly. The team relies on the store to function efficiently, so your ability to stay organised under pressure and communicate clearly with those around you is key. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid warehousing or stores experience who wants steady, full-time hours in a role where no two days are exactly the same. Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check and store incoming stock, parts and materials in line with site procedures
• Pick and issue parts and equipment to site personnel as required
• Operate a forklift to move and store goods safely around the warehouse
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
• Conduct regular stocktakes and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy and organised at all times
• Liaise with suppliers and drivers for deliveries and collections
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods or low stock levels to the supervisor

Requirements

• Current forklift licence (LF ticket)(Essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen(Essential)
• Previous experience in a stores, warehousing or logistics role(Essential)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg(Essential)
• Experience with inventory or stock management software
• HR licence or experience working in a trade or industrial environment
