About the Role

Our client operates a busy window cleaning round across both residential and commercial properties, and they're on the hunt for a reliable cleaner to join their crew and help keep things running smoothly. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that has you on the road most of the day. You'll be working across a variety of sites, from domestic homes through to multi-storey commercial buildings, using a range of equipment including ladders, water-fed poles, and rope access gear where required. No two days are exactly the same, and the work is as satisfying as it gets when you step back and see the results. The team is small, tight-knit, and takes quality seriously. You'll need to be punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently once you know the ropes. Key Responsibilities

• Clean interior and exterior windows across residential and commercial sites to a high standard
• Operate water-fed pole systems, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment
• Set up and work safely from ladders and elevated work platforms as required
• Follow safe work procedures and maintain awareness of hazards on site
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site and represent the business well
• Maintain and care for cleaning equipment, reporting any faults or damage
• Complete job sheets or digital records accurately at the end of each shift
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment from the work vehicle

Requirements

• Valid Australian driver's licence (car licence minimum)(Essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen(Essential)
• Comfortable working at heights and physically fit for an active outdoor role(Essential)
• Working at Heights ticket or willingness to obtain one prior to starting(Essential)
• Previous window cleaning or similar cleaning/maintenance experience
• EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket is a bonus
