About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sand Blaster to join a growing industrial team. This role involves abrasive blasting and surface preparation across a range of steel and industrial assets, ensuring surfaces are prepared to specification and safety standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality work, understands safety-critical environments, and can work independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Abrasive blasting of steel and industrial surfaces
• Surface preparation for painting, coating, or corrosion protection
• Operating blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following site safety procedures and SWMS
• Working to project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in sand blasting or abrasive blasting(Essential)
• White Card (mandatory)(Essential)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures(Essential)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work(Essential)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented(Essential)
• High attention to detail(Essential)
