About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Industrial Spray Painter to join a busy manufacturing and coatings operation based in Dandenong. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality finishes, works safely, and understands the importance of preparation and process in industrial environments. The role offers consistent hours with the potential for long-term, ongoing work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Surface preparation including sanding, grinding, masking, and cleaning
- Mixing paints and coatings to specification
- Operating spray guns and related equipment
- Applying industrial coatings to metal and fabricated products
- Quality checking finished products for consistency and finish
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to all OH&S policies and procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Industrial Spray Painter or Automative(Essential)
- Experience working with 2-pack / epoxy coatings(Essential)
- Reliable transport(Essential)
- White Card(Essential)
