HR Driver

About the Role

If you love being on the road and take pride in getting the job done right, this one's got your name on it. We're looking for a licenced HR Driver to join a busy operation based in Dubbo, NSW. This is a labour hire role with steady hours and the chance to work with a solid team in the field. You'll be behind the wheel of heavy rigid vehicles, moving materials and equipment to support day-to-day site operations. It's hands-on, practical work that keeps things moving, and we need someone who turns up on time, follows safety procedures, and gets the job done without being told twice. If you've got your HR licence, a good attitude, and you're ready to hit the ground running in Dubbo, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy rigid vehicles to transport materials, equipment or personnel as required
• Conduct pre-start checks on vehicles and report any faults or defects
• Load and unload freight or materials safely and in accordance with site procedures
• Adhere to road transport regulations and all relevant safety requirements
• Maintain accurate trip records, logbooks and delivery documentation
• Communicate with supervisors regarding delivery schedules and any on-road issues
• Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained and roadworthy at all times

Requirements

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's licence(Essential)
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen(Essential)
• Valid and current driver's licence with a clean record(Essential)
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role including loading and unloading(Essential)
• Previous experience driving HR vehicles in a commercial or site environment
• Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) - desirable for site access
