FIFO Tank Installation Labourer

About the Role

The host employer is seeking an experienced and reliable Trade Assistant/Labourer to support large-scale tank installation projects across Queensland and Victoria. This role is physically demanding and suited to candidates with strong construction experience who are comfortable working on remote sites and within strict safety environments. 12 hours on feet, lifting, pulling, walking is what this job entails. You will work as part of a specialised installation crew assisting with the assembly, positioning, and installation of industrial tanks on active construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with installation and assembly of industrial tanks
• General construction and labouring duties on active sites
• Manual handling of materials and equipment
• Working alongside riggers, operators, and supervisors
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised worksite
• Adhering strictly to site safety procedures and FIFO protocols

Requirements

• Current ISI (Industry Safety Induction)(Essential)
• Proven construction labouring experience(Essential)
• Ability to pass site medical and drug & alcohol screening(Essential)
• Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work(Essential)
• Ability to work FIFO rosters and remote locations(Essential)
